We are regularly monitoring information from various sources to understand how the Coronavirus is spreading and the problems caused. We are not a new business, having been around for 38 years, so have plenty of experience dealing with turbulence. However, this does look more severe than most, but we are confident we have got everything in place to continue to service our clients as normal.
Our cloud services are on an automated build, test and upload overnight for the latest files, including the PAF. Our builds for the majority of our other datasets can be scheduled in advance, whilst automatically highlighting any problems in the load processes.
The services are load balanced, with points at our HQ in Altrincham, in Ireland and in Australia, to give contingency.
We have offices in both Altrincham and Melbourne, Australia, which gives us additional cover.
We are keeping our staff up to date with our policies and plans and we have cover for all critical areas.
For clients who are on delivery via post, there may be a delay outside of our control. However, we are more than happy to convert you over to downloads, if this would be beneficial.
