Hopewiser are looking for a candidate with some Account Management experience, who has a drive and desire to learn and progress from a starting position of Internal Account Manager up to Key Account Manager within a number of years. Send your CV/Applications with a covering letter or video to firstname.lastname@example.org The Role: The Internal Account Manager is an office based role, primarily managing an account base via telephone, email and videoconferencing, to both maintain the relationship, but also to increase the products and services being utilised. The portfolio of accounts will include Partners and Partner Customers. Alongside this, to supplement this work, there is an expectation for some direct self-generated selling. There are targets for retention and sales to the account base, with commission for aspects of these. Over time, the internal account manager is expected to prove their ability to manage and sell to their account base, whilst increasing the base through self-generated work, as well as showing their knowledge of the Hopewiser products and services, which should lead to a full account manager role, visiting the accounts. Over time, with further work and dedication, the candidate will progress to key account management. Initial Salary 18k-24k depending on experience, plus commission. 20 days holiday, plus public holidays. 0900-1730 Monday to Friday.
