Promotion
The promotion consists of:
Free Data Health Check and Cleanse worth £250 for up to 30,000 records, including:
Address Matching Report against Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (including Multiple Residence).
If the file contains names, Hopewiser will match against partner suppression files and provide a report on flagged suppressions. Note: To receive data with suppression flags applied, additional charges will apply. Prices will be discussed individually.
Dedupe Report showing duplicate records at address and name level.

Data Cleansing up to £250 value (30,000 records), including:
Auto-postcoding to assign correct postcodes and standardise addresses to Royal Mail format.
Correction of incomplete or misspelled addresses.
Addition of missing postcodes.
Output tailored to your requirements (e.g., 7-line CSV format).
Example:
Input: 10 Downing St, London (postcode missing)
Output: 10 Downing Street, London, SW1A 2AA
Important Notes:
The file must include at least Premise, Street, and Town for best matching.
All data must be in one CSV file; only one claim per participant/organisation.
The promotion is valid for claims made between 1st December and 31st December 2025.
All Data Health Checks and Data Cleansing jobs will be processed after January 2026.
Promotion is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Successful Claims
Claimants will be notified via email and LinkedIn direct message by 9th January 2026.
Promotional Activities
By entering, you agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the promotion.
With your consent, we may use your name and a testimonial in any media without additional compensation.
