Sports, arts and live event customers are a league above integrating AtlasCapture with Advanced’s ticketing and CRM solution TALENT. Hopewiser’s partnership with Advanced Ticketing is in its tenth year and is continuing to grow.  

Advanced has more than 15 years’ experience in providing ticketing and CRM solutions to the  sport, stadia, arts and live event industries.  Its flagship solution TALENT has AtlasCapture from Hopewiser integrated for address capture and verification.

The relationship between the two companies came about through Advanced identifying a need to offer an Address Management solution. Working closely with the team at Advanced, Hopewiser’s AtlasCapture software was integrated into TALENT Sport. AtlasCapture intelligently identifies address details from what information is available from the customer. If an accurate and complete postcode or address cannot be immediately identified it provides a selection of the closest matches at both street and premise level.
