The Call Centre Expo is Europe's number one exhibition for organisations who put customer contact at the heart of their business.


This year the organisers CMP made the decision to hold the Call Centre Expo simultaneously with the Customer Strategy & Management Expo to give an anticipated audience of 8,000 attendees. Call Centre Expo focused on people, process and technology solutions specifically within call centres while Customer Strategy & Management provided integrated customer management solutions.


Visitors to the Call Centre Expo come from a wide range of job functions and examine a wide range of issues from delivering customer service excellence to integrating contact centre systems into the existing IT infrastructure; employing contact centre services to fulfil Direct Marketing or telemarketing campaigns to delivering leadership programmes to enhance the performance of contact centre managers.

 

Hopewiser joined many other industry professionals over two days to showcase the latest addressing technology available to those in the Call Centre Industry. Help from a professional croupier was enlisted as Hopewiser held a Blackjack competition with the chance to win champagne and wine.
